In malls or stores that play holiday music?
Did you ever hear the Marvelous Midos Machine song “Never Take Kids to a Store”?
I try not to take MYSELF to the malls blasting holiday music. Often bring an mp3 along. But kids, I think, would notice the music playing year round. Is the music this month worse? It’s probably cleaner.
As SaysMe says, the music is a lot cleaner now then what they usually play. Personally, I enjoy shopping this season as people are so much happier, you really feel it in the air. I remember going to NYC one X-mas eve probably 3-4 years ago and I loved the fact that people were actually smiling, together with family…I just like the whole atmosphere.
Yup, Im just THAT interesting that people take their kids to see me……

Teves usually is the month to go shopping, since sales often commence after the major secular holidays, which usually is during month of Teves.
You get what you pay for when you choose to live in a non-Jewish country.
Some of us don’t choose to live in other countries. Besides, are the malls in E”Y any better? I don’t think so.
Notasheep, clothing here is HORRIBLE quality…
