The Ramban explains that although their actions appeared identical on a superficial level, Hashem knows the inner thoughts motivating every action. He recognized that each leader had a unique intention behind his selection of the items brought in his offering. Because their personal motivations were unique, the Torah wrote out each one separately as if their offerings were completely different.

About the Nesiim, if you look in Medrash Rabba you can see completely different intentions for each Nasi. The only thing is, as for the point you are trying to bring out, they weren’t told to bring that Korban. They were all Mechaven to the same result. That is why the Torah sums it all up at the end, to show that they all come to one point.

HaLeVei, I’d say that the individual mentioning of the Nosi’im was because every person stands on their own level, their own character, different type of Neshoma, therefore the Korbonos were coming from all different levels, turns out being that they were very colorful. That is the meaning in the Ramba”n. however at the end they were all calculated together since they all happen to be physically the same, they all add up together. Or maybe even better said, since the blend of all those colors bring out the Shlaimus of the Korbonos, therefore they truly do equal up as one.
