Does anyone know anything about a seminary/college in Ofakim that supposedly takes FAFSA? What’s its name? Will credits from here transfer there? Do Israeli college accept it as a valid degree-ie if i finish my ba there, will i be able to move on to a masters in a regular israeli college?

If you have any answers, or any other relevant information, please please please let me know! It’s CRUCIAL that i find out about this sooner than later!

(Please don’t say google it- i’ve tried, and i’m not even sure what i’m googling or looking for exactly…)

    Thank you so much!

    Shavua tov! 😀

Thanks for fixing the title, whichever mod did that! Really appreciate it! 😀

In order to get a B.A. you also have to take secular studies- if you didn’t, I highly doubt that masters program would accept your B.A. there.

Since it is in Israel, you need to do an Israel- Experience program through the states to get fafsa/ credit if you go back to the states.

thanks snowbunny! i’m not in seminary there;i heard about it, adn that it’s a college. Basically, to make a very long story very short, i was in seminary last year, nad i’m in college now, was going to make aliyah, but makes most sense to finish my ba before doing so, because then the gov will pay for my masters… but i really want to go now… so i was wondering if i could transfer my credits there, finish my ba paying with fafsa, and then start my masters…

anyone else have any info whatsoever???

    Thank you!

    hate to do this, but

    That makes sense.

was that an “oh, now i get it” makes sense, or a “what on earth are you thinking?!” makes sense? 😀

    oh, now i get it.

anybody have any information??? or is this a no clue what you’re talking about kind of thing?
