aussie: just read something interesting –

right = conservative & left = radical (liberal) because that’s what side of the room they sat in during the legislative assembly of the french revolution.

Jax- on the last page you wrote about a myth of mentos and coke, why don’t you try it? Take a new bottle of coke. Within the first 10 seconds after you open it drop in mento and see what happens. Be sure you do it in a place where yoy don’t mind a mess! Have fun!

h2: if you drink coke and then eat mentos, would the same thing happen in your stomache?

jax, i wouldn’t drink it if i were you. first try it in a cup or something. and yeah it should work with pesach coke just the same.

“If you did your eyes would fly out of their sockets” – That my friend, is a myth. I suppose that if someone hits you on the back while you are cross-eyed you will stay crossed-eyed forever as well?

squeak: Actually its not a myth (at least I dont think it is). There is a reason your eyes automatically close when you sneeze.

Uncommon knowledge: chewing gum slows the metabolism because the stomach thinks you are eating (glands create digestive juices when chewing) but nothing is being swallowed or digested. So the muscles are working to digest, but nothing’s there. I guess we’re tiring out the system? Then when we really eat, the muscles need to work extra hard to get it digested

Oh, areivim, and I thought that the body would just start burning other calories from chewing gum. How disapointing.

no- didn’t check it up. But if you think about it, it makes sense. Perhaps gum chewing helps you lose weight short term, but is very bad in the long run
