After reading the thread about whether or not its ok to propose, I was curious, how did your spouse propose to you?
She said “hello.”
My formal request for her to marry me later on was just a formality at that point.

if the other spouse is very “desperate” then it goes ahead and proposes,before the right time.doesnt matter who is the one who says the word, the ikur is it should be a happy marriage.forever..

I am inherently a softie (emotionally), but after many years of introspection I hope I will get it right next time around.
My cousin told the guy,”I’m ready when you are.”
And she wasn’t even from New York!

although this was not my spouse but i heard a very cute way one guy proposed. he said “(name here) you made my week complete, now will youmake my life complete??”
