    I know I know. We shouldn’t have internet at home and our kids shouldn’t have cell phones. That being said, anyone know of any good programs that for parental control for the internet to monitor usage. What about for a cell phone? Anyone know of any that is good to monitor phone calls and/or text messages? Thank you!

    If you want to monitor Cell phone usage, the best way is Pay as you go.

    Kids will figure out ways to beat any filtering system, but there is no way (Short of adding more money) for kids to unlimited text or make cell phones unless there is money on the phone.

    Just to clarify. I am not worried as much as to how much time they could spend on the internet or phone. That I could restrict pretty easily. I am concerned about who and what they are doing on the cell phone or internet and am looking for good software to be able to “see” what they are doing.

    great program called “covenant eyes”. you get emailed all the websites the computer goes to. The cellphone provider has parental controls available. call up and speak to them. They can probably send you a list of texts.
