I’m not completely sure about the Halachic implications of messy eating or over-indulging in cookies.
However, if you eat like Cookie Monster, please stay outside a radius of 400 ammos around my house, beginning Rosh Chodesh Nissan.
RY has a great point. Eat more cookies and consume less calories.
