    For Israel,2017 should be a momentous year

    There will be so many important anniversaries

    Balfour Declaration 100th Anniversary

    Yom yerushalayim 50th

    UN Resolution 70th

    Allenby’s capture of100th

    I would imagine Yom Yerushalayim will be made a big deal of. I don’t know about the rest, but I doubt it.

    Do the chilonim and government celebrate Yom Yerushalayim? I can’t remember .

    Would the Governing Coalition and the PM desire to make a long lasting impact on the nation’s bloodstream plus regain in the the polls, rather than surviving/stay the course?

    What they should do is some combination of

    1)Build

    longer term movement and give tools to expound upon Isaiah based global utopianism

    [more than just nation state]

    that will give meaning

    2)Find old controversial discussions that will cause uproar but still have a wider consensus

    [something identical to the Mufti discussion of of last year

    Paradoxically, they should renew respect for the self sufficient individual as an individual
