At least air pollution gives way to rains.

Parking in midair is only permissible for adults between ages 19 and 116, with no experience using butter knives for peanut butter, and who eat with their left hands.
If you park your car mid-air, then you’re off the wall..
And when they forget to put the thing in park and it just drifts away…

In some places, like boro park (there is a petition to officially change the name to double park) it is the only place to leave your car.
