It’s a little more mellow than the other stations (YWN, etc.) which tend to have lots of intense fast-paced music (when it’s not this time of year, at least).

April 15, 2013 1:56 am at 1:56 am #947886yetelzMemberhow can someone listen to these jewish stations?
April 15, 2013 2:10 am at 2:10 am #947887yytzParticipantYetelz: Most of the time, you can just google the name of the station and then it will come right up and you can just press play and it will work. If you have a tablet computer (iPad, etc.) or smartphone there might also be an app to listen to it on those. It would be nice if we could post links on this thread, but the CR policy not to allow links is usually strictly enforced.

There’s an app exclusively for Jewish stations, called JStream.

They also have an iOS app, and a Chrome Extension, which is very handy if you use Google Chrome.
April 24, 2013 2:54 am at 2:54 am #947893WIYMemberWhich stations other than jroot have shiurim? Also I am looking for a station that only plays more classical Jewish music and not the recent copy the goyim rocked up or tranced up music.
April 24, 2013 3:41 am at 3:41 am #947894☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantBelieve it or not, Benny’s Radio plays lots of old Miami and Tzlil V’zemer.
