Jobs in frum community we need our own version of aoc advocatr

Frum people already have it hard in workplace due to shabbos and yom tov it would be hard for a non frum or non jewish business to hire them over someone else. But in frum businesses too often it further cuts the bias down to actual ads of females only or young. Imagine a middle aged frum man having to cut out by non frum due to shabos from many frum due to girls only even at times heimish only and middle aged too old. For an office job!? Many frum looking for parnassa can use a prototype of advocate like aoc and bernie. Of course we have the best od all – Hashem but among the many chessed people and agencies we can use with Hashems help an advocate to cut through the Unwarranted discromination and Help fellow Yidden skilled who Wamt to support their fMilies!

I understand if most office is female can leave door orocked or winwindows open. Only issue if just one man and one
woman there and people dont have free access to room.

Bernie and AOC advocate for those who have no interest in working, not those looking for jobs.

In todays world with FEMALE dentists, dermatologists, lawyers, judges, CPAs, etc it doesnt make sense to code Female for low paying job. Also, some females may want higher paying jobs and some Males may settle for less as well. Not right to CUT them out automatically without a chance.

I dont like MOST of what Bernie and AOC stand for but I DO appreciate their advocacy for people needing help such as regarding minimum wage or college student loans or tuitions for those that have trouble paying.

And at what point should we toos people out as “Too Old”!?! I know we dont do that for Rebbeim in Yeshivas though one needs sharp mind for gemarah. Only people within 20 years of tehir lifetime are classified as Not too Young or Too Old for Hiring?!? Maybe we need a FRUM EOC 😉

How can we spread word to different kehillas to avoid discriminating whether to males or not heimish enough (a yids a yid) or age discrimination. Parnassa for a yidish family. We need a frum aoc or bernie

One of the reasons that we are seeing a large number of Frum in and around Washington DC. Federal service is more open to the needs to be observant. State government would also be more open.

Likewise being a college professor or a farmer would give more flexibility.
