Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, “describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr.” at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine’s press center in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“This was the transfer of Burisma Group’s funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. The payment reference was payment for consultative services,” Derkach said.”I’m not a lawyer, but I think you must register in the US before you do any lobbying for an entity in a foreign Country.
The only thing criminal is taking a Russian agent Derkach’s words as the truth.
Trump used his Russian connections to win in 2016 but the US is smarter today and won’t let him get away with it again.is there a possibility that Americans will vote for that demented old empty suit.? can’t be.

This claim of a $900,000 payment to Joe was made by Andrei Derkach back in October 2019.
Evidence has yet to come to light to substantiate that claim. Trump’s spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany said that herself.
Trump is the criminal who held back information about the coronavirus killing over 210,000 people and infected over 7,000,000 people.

The conservative legal theory against Roe vs Wade is simply that it is not something that can constitutionally be decided by the Federal Judiciary.
It can either be decided by the voters or by State courts.
So even if AMC would vote to overturn Roe vs Wade all that would happen is the individual States would be left to decide the laws.
Regarding the Covid test,
I have repeatedly asked whether Trump is also responsible for the 800,000 Deaths in other countries as well and no one seems to want to answer.

Andriy Derkach is a leader of a pro-Putin political party in the Ukraine Parliament.
In December 2019, Derkach met with Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani in an attempt by Giuliani to dig up illicit slanders against the Bidens. Derkach has also been funneling information of questionable veracity to Sens. Ron Johnson and Charles Grassley.
In August 2020, Trump’s own Director of the United States National Counterintelligence and Security Center, William Evanina, identified Derkach as a leader of Putin’s attempts to influence the US election this year.
In September 2020, Trump’s own Treasury Department slapped sanctions on Derkach for that very reason, saying that “has been an active Russian agent for over a decade”.
I thank the OP for bringing to our attention the attempts by someone close to Trump to solicit illegal foreign influence into the US electoral process. Trump himself probably knew. Giuliani is clearly the criminal.

That is called being a good scientist — letting the data drive your conclusions. I have personally been doing that in a career that has lasted over a quarter of a century. You don’t double down once your initial hypothesis has been debunked. Many commenters here need to learn that. (For example, hydroxychloroquine has been proven to be a bust.)

If you have a profitable business you will owe taxes. Unless you commit fraud. Trump clearly has committed bank fraud becasue he lied to Deutsche Bank regarding the value of properties — he was telling property tax authorities one thing but the lenders another. That kind of “two sets of books” is the kind of stuff mafia bosses do. And many of Trump’s income tax deductions are highly dubious personal expenses that honest people do not try to deduct. Deutsche Bank is mainly famous today for money laundering so it is no surprise they were still willing to work with Trump.

In each instance the fetus is in no danger but the mother’s life is.

Years back I was a young father with no pre-existing conditions and I came down with one of the most rare illnesses there are.
Doctors actually gave up on me to a degree.

I blamed no one then for me getting sick and Thanked Hashem for giving me a second chance.

Advice means you question, you hear, and you consider that persons view/opinion on any given subject.
Taking it means you agree with it.

Trump did not ban travel from China in January. He banned travel by Chinese nationals. That is xenophobic and racist. Tens of thousands of people traveled from China to the US after the racist travel ban.

Because early delivery isn’t always an option….To say HCQ proved a complete bust is a complete untruth.
Most of the studies that did not show any effects were in cases where proponents of HCQ had already stated it was no longer effective.
As as scientist yourself I would think you have the intellectual honesty to admit that at best you can say results are inconclusive and most objective scientists state there is a need for further study ( I point you to an article in Nature Magazine on July 8 co-authored by Dr. Erwei Sun, Dr. Yufing Shi, Dr. Ernesto Carofoli, Dr Gerry Melino, Arnold Rabson, Patrizia Agostonis, Ying Wang, Xing Li)

Dr. Harvey Risch has a M.D from UC San Diego & a Ph.D. from U of Chicago.
He is a Professor of epidemiology at Yale University.
He is a n unquestioned expert in his field and anyone who holds that post at Yale is considered to be at the top of their field.
He claims that Hydroxy works.
He disputes Fauci.
He claims that Fauci & the disinformation campaign against Hydroxy has killed thousands.
Dr. Risch claims that the science that the Zelenko protocol helps high risk patients if given early is “one sided and the strongest he has ever seen” and government scientists & media are deliberately pushing studies that study hospitalized patients ot low risk which no one is claiming Hydroxy helps.
Is Dr. Risch also wrong and dangerous?

Another Trump conspiracy theory has been found to be false. Barr’s “unmasking” probe found nothing. That is because it was entirely appropriate to unmask the identity of someone claiming to be representing Trump who was negotiating with a hostile foreign power. That someone turned out to be an unregistered foreign agent whom Trump names as his National Security Advisor anyway, and it took a lie to the Vice President to get him fired.
