    The best way to do kiruv is to be a good example. To do that, we need to work on our self. How can we expect people to grow when we have alot to work on. For example, dealing with half Shabbos, talking in shul, middos etc. The community should try to work them self so we can be effective at helping others. That doesn’t mean wait until you’re perfect to reach out. Just keep in mind to improve ourself while we reach out .

    Yes that’s true. Can you imagine what a shul looks like when everyone is schmoozing to someone who was never in shul? You call this prayer?
