If by moving to Eretz Yisroel I will not nearly as well be able to fulfil Kibud Av V’Eim (accept this point as fact for my circumstances), should I choose Yishuv Ha’Aretz over Kibud Av V’Eim?
It would seem obvious to me that compromising the Mitzvah d’oraysa of Kibud Av (or losing any Mitzvah d’oraysa for that matter) takes precedence over Yishuv. Does anyone agree or disagree?
Maybe you could try to convince your parents to make aliyah with you?
According to Ramban Eretz Yisrael is the place for the mitzvot. In Chutz LaAretz they are just so we do not become rusty. Iy”H you will be able to visit, skype, telephone, etc. You can also appoint a shaliach. In fact, I have several friends whose parents made aliya after they did – even though their other siblings live in Galut.

Losing, even partially, any mitzvah m’doraysa or m’drabbonan is not something that should be done for yishuv. Much much better to fully engage in kibud av veim than to move for the sake of yishuv.

You can do the vast majority of mitzvos anywhere in the world, but not kibud av v’em.
You can wait until after 120 to move Israel, and you will have no regrets later on.
Cherrybim, your point is a valid one. Realize, though, that the very same principle applied to a New Yorker (to take an example) moving West – even within the US, to a distant State – leaving his parents behind and forfeiting so many opportunities for Kibud Av VEim.
What mitzvah? There is (in our times) no such mitzvah as “yishuv haaretz”.
That’s IMHO as well as ITHOOT (in the humble opinions of the) Satmar Rov, and numerous, countless other gedolim as well….
As much as yishuv may be a mitzvah today, even according to opinions it is, it doesn’t nullify or even reduce the obligations to complete as best possible the 613 mitzvos in the Torah and m’drabbanons. If by moving to EY you will be unable to fulfill, or even if your ability to complete other mitzvos is lessened, far better to live in chutz l’aaretz and be better able to complete the many other mitzvos.
CG, virtually all of the poskim agree that there is a mitzva d’Oraita to live in EY (Rambam Hilchot Ishut 13,19-20, Rif Ketubot 110b, Rosh there 13:18, Semag Lav 81, Piskei HaRid, Ritva, and Nimukei Yosef there, Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer 75:3-4 regarding compelling one’s spouse to make aliya even from a pleasant town to an unpleasant town and even from a Jewish area to a non-Jewish area, Pitchei Teshuva there seif katan 6)and is equal to all of the mitzvot (Sifi Re’eh 53).It pushes off kibud av ve’em (Shulchna Aruch Yoreh Deah 140:12) even if they told him explicitly not to make aliya (ibid Halacha 15). Of course, he can leave temporarily from time to time to visit them (Mishna Berura 531:14).
