If anyone knows of seminaries in Eretz Yisroel that are very similar to Sharfman’s please let me know, as that is the only place my daughter was willing to attend, and alas, she decided too late, and they have no room for her.

Maybe try Be’er Miriam. I know someone who got in there last year after the school year had already started. I have a cousin who went there, and her sister went to Sharfman’s- I don’t know how similar they are, but maybe somewhat in the same ballpark.
Try getting your daughter’s high school staff involved. They often have connections in many seminaries, and can help you a lot.
If she doesn’t want to go, why are you bothering?
