Hello, I plan to learn in a yeshiva in America for the summer and ill be staying 1 or 2 months at a time maximum (might drive back and forth to Canada a few times). Does anyone know if legally I have to get a visa to learn there or am I safe if I go in and out a month at a time?
What country are you a citizen of? How did you enter the U.S.? On a tourist visa or a student visa?
i think that if you are a canadian citizen you can stay in the US up tp 6 months. no need for visa.
