    Hi all,

I’m a British/Israeli citizen who moved for the first time (previously only brief holidays) to T-A around 3 months ago.

My original intention was to gain citizenship including military service, however, I’ve received an opportunity I can’t turn down in China and am making plans to leave in a few moths.

As far as I can tell, if I leave before receiving the letter (6-12 months), there should be no problem but I’m concerned about getting to the airport and being detained.

Does anyone have any concrete information on this topic?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

call them directly. There shouldn’t be a problem, but they will know. Or call NBN

If you became an Isreali citizen and are between ages of 18-30 this could be a problem.. If you never received a draft letter you should be fine but call the ????? ???? and ???? ???? to ask.

You may be able to leave with no problem but if you ever come back to Israel without having gotten permission to leave from the IDF then you could be arrested when you come back.

    Speak to an attorney.
