Has anyone had experiences with haunted houses or the like?
Yes, for a Shuk Purim….
Real ones or the ones they make to scare you.
The ones they make to scare you are pretty cool
Why not just ask if there are any shin daleds who post here?
Froggie: Shin Dalets are not the same as Sheidim. See the Shach in Hilchos Sefer Torah.
Sam2: Of course. shin dalet is one, shin dalet yud mem is plural.
(oh. and I’m not so learned to actually fathom what you’re referring to)
Lekavod Halloween I was spared worrying about alternative parking the next morning, given that Halloween is Erev All Saints’ Day, and they are connected.
The only significance this “holiday” has for me is that afterwards, lots of costumes are available for sale for Purim.
I once went in a haunted house ride where I shot (and missed) at ghosts. It was in the summer time, though.
And then there was the time I screamed. I was very young at the time. And it was also in the summer time. 😛
