4 cups flour
3-4 cups flour-add at the end, after mix everything else together
2 oz yeast in 1 cup water
6 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Mix well. Rise in fridge for 1 hr. Divide into handball sizes. Shape it, egg it, and bake it on 350 for 15 minutes.
3 cups water
2 cups sugar
Juice of 3 large lemons
3 tsp vanilla extract
Boil it. When ragelach are ready, drop into mixture with toothpick or skewer. Let dry.
