There are some brainwashed Jews who do irrational things just because the rabbi said. Also regarding halacha there can be an instance where an individual knows something about science where many rabbis don’t. Until what point to we do stuff just because the rabbi said?

The Rabbi said to love all Jews. Simple logic tells us to exclude certain types. Who do I listen to?

It’s a Mefurash Mishnah in Horiyos that if you know, B’vada’us, that the Rabbi is wrong then you don’t listen to him. However, if you have the slightest doubt that you may be wrong then (logic dictates) that you must defer to his greater knowledge.

#1,who cares about science, scientists discover what they’re paid to discover;#2,even if you did care about science don’t believing jews abide by different rules chartered by god thru(albeit indirectly) his messengers hence the rabbis;#3,”brainwashed” means that you don’t agree hopefully because of your rabbis,so maybe you are “brainwashed”;#4if you think the rabbi didn’t take all sides of the matter into account maybe you should tell the the rabbi respectfully,#5if you don’t agree with the rabbi in non-legal matters why don’t go to a different rabbi?
