I’m looking for some basic help. I’ve been using Windows 7 pro as a domain user, and have been properly set up to use Hebrew in all programs. I just switched to a non domain user, and I’ve run into trouble. I went into the language section in control panel and added a Hebrew keyboard. All seems set up as should be, and I can toggle between Hebrew and English, using either the shift+alt command, or my mouse in the icon tray. Trouble is that even when it says Hebrew in the icon try, it still types English. Does anyone have any suggestions?
