I am trying to find the right Yeshiva in Israel for my son. He is 18, Orthodox, good kid, not off the derech just not motivated to learn a full day. Needs something half day learning but a structured afternoon with any other activites, hiking, karate, music anything

A fantastic program is offered at the Jerusalem College of Technology. JCT (known as Machon Lev in Israel) offers a year program that has structured learning in the morning. Afternoon sessions are dedicated to college courses, with occasional trips, hikes, and other extracurricular activities.
