i would speak with ‘das torah’ before you buy.

Is it cheaper? if so use the difference is price to give to tzedaka, and im sure it will be a zchus for you and your family.

I dont know if that is bad mazal or not but wouldnt you be creeped out living in that house knowing that fact?

Unless there’s asbestos or something in the house which gave him the cancer, what’s the problem? The Torah doesn’t believe in that kind of ghosts.

would you buy a house where the previous 2 families both got divorced while living in the house? the father of the first family did drugs and the father of the second family was an alcoholic. the house is up for sale again and i’m nervous for who ever moves in cuz that house doesnt have the best track record

*both occupants of the house were/are shomer shabbos-frum

A house near me had three owners who had babies with serious issues but the present owner is fine, BE*H. I would worry more about Tuma than mazel.

Sometimes it may have to do with the house, as in some Reb Yehuda Hachasid stuff.

Wouldn’t a Hanukat Bayit take care of stuff like that?

Need to check mezuzas when there are issues. I once had three children get hurt in unusual things at one point, so we decided to check our mezuzas. Found out that one was possul.
