It’s dangerous. Car drivers can’t see you.

Should we wear a white kittel when walking home from Shul every Friday night for the Shabbos seuda?

Women, on the other hand, should always wear black out of tznius concerns – even at night. This definitely overrides the safety concerns, because אבוזרייהו דגלוי עריות is Yeharoh ve’al ya’avor.

thats why we they make reflector belts to waer at night in the dark which they even make ones that can be worn on shabbos without involving carrying even though its not actually sewn onto your coat

besides saving your life or anyones life/ hatzalas nefashos overrides shabbos

No, it doesn’t override Shabbos. If you can save a life without a melacha, you do so.

This is really PIKUACH NEFESH!! I recently drove down a street in Monsey, with no sidewalks. 2 Men dressed totally in black were not seen on a swerve, they could’ve been killed chas veshalam!!
I can never understand why anyone could walk in Monsey or other areas, not lit, at night without wearing reflectors??
