He should be hiring better attorneys, not to fight the election more, but to deal with the many civil and criminal trials he is about to face. If he continues to use Rudy he will lose every one of them.

Yes. Otisville (aka “Club Fed”) is within the 100 mile perimeter defining a “local” move under Moishe’s tariff sheets. Many ehrliche yiddeshe “businessmen” will vouch for its facilities. While it doesn’t have an 18 hole golf course, there is a really nice miniature golf course on the north side of the exercise yard between the two guard towers.

@Gadolhadorah….Donny won’t be going to Otisville, too easy for the NYS authorities to get to him for prosecution.Since he never closed down Guantanamo, it would make a great place to house him for the rest of his life. Plenty of room for Eric, Donny Jr, Ivanka and Jared…..they could get a family plan
CT Lawyer: Good point on Gitmo!! He did great with the Cuban-Americans in South Florida and there are some great golf courses on the southern coast of the Island. There are some wonderful scenes in the Godfather of the good ole days in Havana.

He moved his legal residence to Florida earlier this year because:
There is no state income tax (guaranteed by state Constitution). If he files NYS Income tax, it includes the information on his federal returns and it would be too easy for them to become public and/or used against him in legal proceedings,
He wants to avoid prosecution by NY State authorities and will avoid stepping foot in NY
He will have to find a new address in Florida. He and Melania registered to vote using Mar-a lago, but that is not legal as a full time residence. The zoning that allowed the former Post Estate to be converted by Trump into his club precludes anyone living there permanently.
He didn’t think that out too well. Florida shields your primary residence from creditors in a bankruptcy, but Mar-a-lago won’t qualify when he goes belly up, again.Health: Trump packed the Supreme Court with originalists, not conservatives. Under the Constitution, as originally written, election law is totally in the hands of the states. If the state’s highest courts have not found the election to be fraudulent, it isn’t for a federal court to get involved.
So he moves to Florida and mopes. Considering the Republican party did well in the election (Trump trailed the ticket, and that suggests he hurt the Republicans more than he helped), he’ll probably retire. The Republicans will keep much of Trump’s populism, but will tweet lightly and in 2025 will have solid control of the federal government (Congress, Executive and Courts).

I just listened to Lou Dobbs. Last night he had on Rudy & tonite he had on S. Powell.
She is filling in Court tomorrow.
They both said that there is So much Fraud it’s Unreal.
She is also Focusing on the Dominion Software.
She is Not on Trump’s Legal Team.I can’t answer why the Fed. court in PA & the State courts are Refusing to see the Evidence.
