I’m sure that with all of the Talmidei Chachmim who frequent the CR, someone can answer this:

Is there anywhere in Kol haTorah Kulah a case of someone being executed for chillul shabbos besides the mekosheish? I am far from a bakie but I cannot find such a case of an actual execution anywhere in Chazal or in Miqrah.

Why would Chazal list every court case that transpired, and its resultion?

Its possible that there were no ther instances. The Mishna says that according to one opinion a Beis Din that kills someone every seventy years is considered a murderous beis din.

If a beis din hadn’t had a misa beis din in 200 years then has one, for the next 70 years it is called a murderous beis din?

If you look at the hagoas HaBach in Sanhedrin(43a)it talks about yeshu and his five talmidiem who were killed erev pesach for being a mesis(b’pashtus he was also mechalel Shabbas).

I agree, that is why Ulla said you don’t need to look for a zuchus.I am just saying agav that he probably was mechalel shabbas.

It is unclear if any of the Girsaos of Gemaros talking about Yeshu are accurate at all.

I believe there is a Gemara that said someone was killed for riding an animal on Shabbos. It is a case of Beis Din Onshin Shelo Min Hadin (Beis Din can give extra punishments) if they see that a certain Halacha needs Chizuk, and Shmiras Shabbos did in this instance. I do not recall exactly where this Gemara is, but my gut tells me it’s an Amud Bet in Kiddushin between 10 and 20.

I agree that it is unclear who yeshu was, but in regards to his existence he is quoted by the rishonim.
