I think a miscarriage is early on in the pregnancy when the baby is still a fetus and a stillborn is when the baby is at term and is not alive at birth. 🙁

usually miscarriage occurs within the first three to four months and a stillborn occurs later on and through the birth process.

A miscarriage is when the body aborts the baby naturally on its own. A stillborn is when a mother goes through full labor and delivery and the baby unfortunately is not alive after the birth process.

A stillborn is the still birth of a baby 20 weeks gestation and beyond. A miscarriage is the delivery of a baby before 20 weeks gestation…

I thought stillborn was like how aries2756 described it above. Death during childbirth.

A stillborn is much much harder for the parents than a miscarriage.
