I see Mrs. YW-Moderator-72 is taking a mesechta! Mrs. YW-Moderator is NOT learning Mishnayos. YW-Moderator-72 is learning the Mishnayos. The Women share in the Mishnayos by encouraging their husbands and sons to learn. – YW MODERATOR-72 November 30, 2008 5:53 pm at 5:53 pm #628394ishbainanoshimParticipantTo YW Moderator. One of my first exposures to Chabad was through a Sicha from the former Rebbe, on the maamar Chazal “Kol hayotzei le’milchemes Bais Dovid, koseiv get crisus le’ishto”. He explained that if a person wants to wage the war of Bais Dovid to bring Ruchniyus into the world, he will need to divorce himself from his physical wants, metaphorically described as Ishto. All of the kedoshim were involved in this pursuit, especially Rabbi and Rebbizen Holzberg, HY”D. May their memory inspire us to emulate their devotion to the Milchemes Bais Dovid. December 1, 2008 2:44 pm at 2:44 pm #628413dveykus613ParticipantPlease post the kedoshim’s hebrew names for learning/davening l’iluy nishmasam (ie Gavriel Noach ben ? (father’s name) ) Thank you! The response is truly heartwarming, it should be a zechus for their neshamos, and for a geula sheleimah b’meheirah!
