    1. I came to shul and my friends chumash was open to beshalach. I told him I know it is parshas vaera because my kid is hopping around like a frog and if it was beshalach he’d be drowning paroh in the bath.

    2. Agav, I can tell that the play group is run by a woman, because if it was run by a man, my kid would be running around roaring and biting like a lion.

    3. There are 7 makos in vaera, from gematria. The gematria of vaera is 208, add up the 2, 0, and 8, makes 10–and we know there are 3 in parshas bo, so there must be 7!

    1. Va’eira was last week. I’m guessing that’s what you meant.

    2. Next time tell your kid that if he wants to jump like a frog, while he is at it, he better stick to windows.

    3. How would he be drowning Pharoah in a bath at shul? [please don’t say the toilet.]

LB – PBA was the one in shul – not his kid. I mean his kid might have been in shul too, but that’s not necessarily where he was jumping around.

I have a feeling that his kid jumps around every week though. That’s why he needs a harness.
