I was using the kotelcam and I noticed that there is a new mechitza inside the men’s section and there doesn’t seem to be any frum Jews there… Does anyone know the reason for this?

On the left-most side of the inside room of the men’s section, is a ladies section that is above. I don’t know anything else about it as it is impossible to see through.
