(so I’m told. They have a snow laboratory in Washington, 2 million dollar grant, where they ship in snow flakes from all around the globe, for testing. They record and document each one’s size, shape etc.)
Yet they all seem to get along pretty well..January 21, 2014 2:02 pm at 2:02 pm #1024842TheGoqParticipant
Froggie please lets be politically correct calling them flakes is insulting please refer to them as snowcrystals.January 21, 2014 5:12 pm at 5:12 pm #1024843
I’m so (politically) sorry.January 21, 2014 6:32 pm at 6:32 pm #1024844WIYMember

As they have not scanned EVERY snowflake, we cannot know.January 21, 2014 10:12 pm at 10:12 pm #1024846LevAryehMember
Sorry to burst your bubble, but no two anything are exactly the same.

They do. Every one that comes in (ship, air, land) is coded and recorded for future reference. They have special hexagon shaped receptacles wherein they store this stuff during the long journey (as per instructions – store at room temperature).January 22, 2014 7:27 am at 7:27 am #1024848
I watched a lot of snow fall and melt without being scanned.January 22, 2014 9:54 am at 9:54 am #1024849

Attention: next time you callously crush a pile of slush underfoot, you are committing a federal felony, destruction of evidence in proving a hypothesis that, if proven, could be of the utmost practical importance. Bring your snow to your local Federal Snow Receptacle today for it to be separated, processed and sent off to Washington for this urgent project.January 24, 2014 12:23 pm at 12:23 pm #1024853WIYMember
Guess what, no two raindrops are alike either. I’m no scientist but I would venture to say that there are no 2 of anything that Hashem created that are exactly alike.
If each tiny and seemingly meaningless snowflake and raindrop are so unique and Hashem made sure to give each one it’s own individuality think about how unique and special you are to Hashem!January 24, 2014 2:00 pm at 2:00 pm #1024854TheGoqParticipant
That’s Beautiful WIY well said!January 24, 2014 2:32 pm at 2:32 pm #1024855
How do you / anyone know about the rain drops? As far as I know, there is no Federal Raindrops Individuality Laboratory. So, maybe there are two raindrops alike. (besides, don’t you think it’s easier to barcode snow then rain)January 26, 2014 5:28 am at 5:28 am #1024856oyyoyyoyParticipant

Froggie, did “Mommy” let you play in the snow or did she collect it all and so it off to DC?
