I mentioned the “couple meal” thread here to a friend yesterday and he just sent me to a link where somebody posts quick Questions and Answers from Rav Shlomo Aviner, Rosh Yeshivas Ateret Cohanim/Ateret Yerushalayim, a religious Zionist Yeshiva in Yerushalaim.
Here is one of the questions:
Q: I heard that during the first year of marriage it is forbidden to invite guests for Shabbat?
A: It is permissible, but do not over-do it.
So, who asked?
I did not ask.
One down, umpteen dozen to go.
Why do you need to know who asked? The title of this website is the yeshiva world. Presumably, that includes tzioni yeshivas also. I took it to refer to yeshivish wold, but in reality, that’s not what it’s called.
Im a zionist, but did not ask…but i wonder who did 🙂
what does zionist have to do with the question?
I would never ask someone who lives in Israel.
Anyone who lives in Israel is as if he has no G-d.
yeshivish mold? does that need a hechsher?
mikehall: So am I, but I didn’t ask either.
I’m Neturei Karta
Definitely a Zionist! Moving to Israel was the best thing I ever did.
