I was listening to a lecture by Ms Iris Odani Elyashiv on the topic Geula and she mentioned that one of the things we should do is each try to work on our middos while also yearning for it. This makes sense since it goes in line with unity.
We can each make an impact, may the Geula come soon bezrat Hashem
