OK, maybe not every dollar spent is the best bang for the buck. Like $600 toilet seats, and pedestrian islands that get installed and then ripped out).
Not sure what it cost to develop and imprint (and I’m sure it was a bundle), but it is really cool!
The DMV collects enough money on all kinds of fees, they dont opperate with tax money.
