Would be an amazing location with no distractions. Not my property.

Having good highway access (since its unlikely to be in an area with public transportation), nearby shopping in walking distance so the bochurim could purchases”necessities”, etc. are important positives. Being across the street from a Beis Yakov or public swim club or tennis courts might be considered by some a ‘distraction”.

For $3.8 million asking there is available a mansion that 73 rooms including 39 bedrooms, a commercial kitchen, dining areas, a library, billiard room, a chapel and much more! and an additional care home was built on with 27 rooms including 22 bedrooms all on 500 acres. It’s 425 miles from NYC and about 60 miles from Pittsburgh.
I have no interest in this just saw a link on a website. No distractions from learning.September 1, 2021 9:41 pm at 9:41 pm #2005246☕️coffee addictParticipantProvidence Rhode Island (there’s already a Yeshiva there)
