One package of the coleslaw mix (dole)
cut up the pepper and scallions into small pieces and place in a big bowl together with the cabbage.
then boil up the following
1/2 cup white vinigar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup sugar, cook and stir till you don’t see the sugar. then add
1 and a half teaspoons garlic salt
1 and a half teaspoons celery salt
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 and a half teaspoons of prepared yellow mustard.
Stir to combine the seasonings with the oil and vinager, and then add it to the cabbage, mix it up and place in fridge. I have been making this for 21 years it is absolutely yummy. Only pain is that you have to buy the celery salt and garlic salt, but then it’s pretty easy. enjoy.
