    PRICE GOUGING is insane

    and now I go buy some takeout for this shabbos and every item is raised a dollar or two a pound and nothing is changed even packaged meat

    You just found yourself a great business opportunity just sell it for less and I’m sure you’ll get plenty of customers.

    One of the most egregious examples is the Non Gebrokst cereals. 3 or 4 dollars a box in the supermarket and 99 cents in the 99 cents store.

    The difference is, the 99 cent stores get them after pesach, when you you are better off eating dog food.

    The 99 Cent store on Coney and Z has quite a few Pesach items at far below supermarket prices. Not for 99 cents of course.
