Does anyone know of a good pony sheitel?
If you’ll be upstate for the summer, there is a barn near Monticello where they manufacture them on-site from locally breeded ponies.
Maybe try Tori Wigs… They have excellent service and excellent quality!
Are pony sheitels or those new ones with a braid tzniusdik?
i have one from chayas pre-cuts in the 5 towns. I wear it as a fall and pony its great.
I dont know of any, offhand.
I got mine from Gitel Rosensweig-it cost i think 750 or 800 but it can be styled down and for weddings so it was worth the money. She’s really good and does all my shaitels.

Nope, they are not tznius.
i saw ad for pony shitels on sale by irene wigs in bp
arent pony shaitels too cutesy?
not tzniusdik
mewho, what does cutesy mean?
trying to look cute….youngish- like a teenager
Artificial cutesiness is untznius?
i thought the idea of a sheitel is to cover your hair so that no one sees it and you are not appealing to others. getting a pony with it swinging back and forth as u walk is looking for attention
If you look awful in short hairstyles but you want to feel cooler, a pony sheitel is a real blessing. I don’t recall ever seeing a pony sheitel that does not look like the wearer is wearing a wig, so I think it is even more tzanua.
