Did that work?
June 29, 2012 1:50 pm at 1:50 pm #881802SayIDidIt™ParticipantRemove the – (dash) and but in your TEXT. <x> starts the effect and </x> ends it. Replace x with strong, em etc.
Bold: <-strong->TEXT</-strong->
Italic: <-em->TEXT</-em->
Blockquote: <-blockquote->TEXT</-blockquote->
Link:</link> <-a href=”WEBSITE”>TEXT</-a>
?: &-#9786-;
And for more, you can search the WWW! Have fun!!

July 2, 2012 10:42 pm at 10:42 pm #881807SayIDidIt™Participantyekke2: if you want people to go to another page (ex. http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/) but you don’t want to crowd your post with URLs, you can make a hyperlink. Instead of having the whole website displayed, the only thing everyone will see is text which is a link to the URL (ex. The Yeshiva World News)
Here’s how:
TYPE:
<a href="http://www.theyeshivaworld.com">The Yeshiva World News</a>
Now, lets see if it works:
Visit The Yeshiva World News!

By the way, the way I got the above <a href… to be seen – without turning into a link – was by putting a backtick (located on the left of the 1/!) in front and at the end of the code.

Hope this helped!!
