If you look at the news, Aza is a mess, and Ashdod and Ashkelon are emptying out and are therefore becoming desolate. With each day more are leaving the cities in droves.

Yes, I certainly feel it in the air and in depts of my soul. There is a major change going on. The Whole world is turning against Am Yisrael. There are many Genocidal chants at Demonstrations going on world wide!!!. In Ft. Lauderdale,Florida, at one of the Pro-Hamas rallies, a woman was chanting ” ” Jews go back to the ovens” Yes, in America. In Holland, Dutch Socialist Party MP Harry Von Bommel is seen chanting among others ” Hamas, Hamas,Jews to the Gas” “Jihad, JIhad” Also, in Melbourne, Austraila, Algeria, Montreal,Canada, New York. With coming in Office, Since we really don’t know what he will be like. He says he is Pro-Israel. Most of the Country expects him to bring “change to the world. Especially, regarding Mid-East Policy.

eyesopen- Are you referring to the book called Secrets Of The Soul? I read it a couple of years ago. The book describes how severely disabled children who are Autistic, Down Syndrome d,.. by using their teeth to type a keyboard are telling everyone to wake up regarding the events being revealed right now. I think the children are called facilitators.
The questions on this is as follows;first,this Pasuk talks about the churban not the redemption(also seen from the fact that the downfall of gaza is mentioned together with other israeli cities which applies to the times when gaza was under israel).Second why do we never find these things before it happens? Obviously because the meaning of the verse could be interpreted differently.It is only after these things occur that we push them into the verse! The third thing is since when should we busy looking for signs of moshiach?We’re supposed to await his coming every minute of the day.this is not some sort of guessing game of who could know first when he’s coming! Somebody sent a letter to the country yossi magazine with 9 proofs of moshiacs coming only that in the next issue somebody else challenged every single one of his claims! We have to stop wasting our time guessing instead we should prepare ourselves to greet him hopefully NOW!!

as far as i am concerned we have no record when they were me`aber the chodesh or shanah.
Does anyone remember the proofs going around by the first Gulf War? Yaakov Avinu didn’t reveal the keitz, so now we know the keitz due to some misapplied passuk?
“Gog” is the same Gematria as Ahmadinejad.
The “proof” about birchat hachama was already discredited several times over. I believe there’s another thread on here about “proofs” that Mashiach is coming this year. This one is probably unnecessary.
The only REAL credible thing I know of is that R’ Elya Svei (he should have a refuah sheleimah!) said years ago that Moshiach will come in the year 2009. When I heard this, I didn’t believe it at first. I didn’t believe he said any such thing. Then, my brother told me he was there when he said it – in the yeshiva I used to attend! He said R’ Elya said very clearly, “Moshiach will come in two zero zero nine”. I also confirmed it with my Rosh Yeshiva who was there at the time. The yeshiva has it recorded as well.

I don’t think there was Birchas Hachama in the year of yetziyas mitzrayim. Yetziyas Mitzrayim occured in the year 2448. If you add 28 years to it, and figure out all the years it was recited, you’ll see that it shouldn’t be recited this year – it would have been recited in 5752, and would be recited again in 5780.

I attended Rav Mendel Kessin’s shiur and in it he gave proofs according to the Ramchal about why these times are ripe for Moshiach. I have no permission to repeat what he said as his CD’s/tapes are a source of income but I recommend listening to them. If he is coming to your city it is worthwhile to go to the shiur and hear in person what he has to say. I left with the feeling of wanting to welcome Moshiach and cleanse my neshomo in order to be able to greet him.

I hate to rain on anybodys parade but F.C. (facilitated communication with autistic kids) has been clearly exposed as a farce using a simple experiment: the kid was shown a card with a picture on it the facilitator was told that the picture was of say a bird, while really it was an elephant. The kid when asked what he saw would always type “bird” as opposed to “elephant” (wich is what the kid really saw).
The facilitators were simply fooled by somthing called the “ouija effect” google it (ouija effect”) for a more detailed explenation.
The “Torah codes” also dont stand up to real scrutiny as you can google and find codes in moby dick and many other books. Also any book written in a language without any vowels will turn up lots of codes if you know what to look for.
We all hope moshiach is coming and hopefully he will come soon but why do we need to publicly say silly proofs? lets just daven and hopefully he’ll come!
The torah codes are NOT equal to the Moby Dick codes- It’s more than just one word. It’s several words together. Harold Gans, noted mathemetician, has spoken about it.
Regardless, we are frum because of a mesorah that our ancestors stood at Har Sinai and received the Torah directly from Hashem, not because of any modern mofes-worker being legitimate, or even Torah codes.

i really dont want to dtart any sort of difference in opinion and get into anything, the methos of f.c. as you say may be a farce but these children are special neshamos, regardless of whether you believe it or not dont just completely write them off like that.
