How can we make Purim a safer Yom Tov?
Purim is safe. Just dont get meshuggah drunk.
Bubble wrap everyone
🤔🧐🤡
Designate a driver under age 21 since he can’t legally drink anyways.
Unfortunately nothing.
Drink only after eating the main course of the se’udah. Stay overnight at the host.
Go home safely on Wednesday
Joseph:not entirely true. There are parental exceptions in both NY and NJ to serve their children alcoholic beverages.
Educate our children how to properly (and responsibly) celebrate the holiday. Oh, and wash your hands often..
A serious safety issue is that everyone klaps so loud by HAMAN and they forget that there are young and old and middle aged kids who’s ear drums are mamash busting
I strongly believe we should abolish this tradition it probably shtams from a goyisha minhag anyway
PGY: See Orech Chayim Siman TAF REISH TZADI SIf Yud ZAyin (Ramah for the origin of the minhag and how he says it should not be mevatel and one shouldnt complain about it)
