“Pure Tzadikim don’t complain about rishus, they increase Righteousness, they don’t complain about Kfira they increase Emunah, they don’t complain about ignorance, they increase understanding”

Does it increase understanding?
And what exactly is the difference between a pure Tzadik and an impure Tzadik?
