R. Z.H. Kalisher's answer to "Sholosh shevuos"

Allow me first to indicate that R’Zvi Hirsch Kalisher was a talmid muvhuk of R’Akiva Eiger and R’Akiva Eiger calls him “Rav chavivi kenafshi,moreinu verabbeinu” (!), so please do not assume he is to be dismissed easily.He discusses the ‘sholosh shevuos” (so beloved by latter-day kano’im) in his Perek “Shaar Zion” and conclusively shows that Rav jehuda’s ma’amar was only valid in his days because , in his day, most of the yeshivos were in “bovel” and hence, Rav Ze’ire (his baal pelugto) should not have gone to Eretz Yisroel in that era.
