I’m looking for a gemara b’iyun shiur in English that is easy to understand, and where the speaker doesn’t speak too fast. What would you recommend?May 4, 2021 6:20 pm at 6:20 pm #1971071

if you can download a file of the shiur, many players will allow you changing the speed of playing it. I think VLC doesMay 5, 2021 8:25 am at 8:25 am #1971199chayeiadamParticipant
Rav David Goldfein, rosh yeshiva of the Yeshiva Gedolah of Johannesburg gives a daily iyun shiur (currently on zoom) which is given over slowly and methodically and is very clear and easy to understand. The recordings of Shiurim on a number of different mesechtas can be found on the “Rabbi David Goldfein” app.May 5, 2021 9:29 am at 9:29 am #1971218
Thanks for the suggestion of Rav Goldfein.
Regarding Shas Illuminated, this is golden. A person can basically learn the major rishonim and achronim on each daf of shas. Amazing.May 5, 2021 12:25 pm at 12:25 pm #1971240
