I’m looking for a gemara b’iyun shiur in English that is easy to understand, and where the speaker doesn’t speak too fast. What would you recommend?

if you can download a file of the shiur, many players will allow you changing the speed of playing it. I think VLC does
Rav David Goldfein, rosh yeshiva of the Yeshiva Gedolah of Johannesburg gives a daily iyun shiur (currently on zoom) which is given over slowly and methodically and is very clear and easy to understand. The recordings of Shiurim on a number of different mesechtas can be found on the “Rabbi David Goldfein” app.
