Rosie Einhorn & Sherry Zimmerman – have a great website jewishdatingandmarriage.com. Has lots of articles and things to think about.
Rabbi Jonathan Rietti has a fabulous shiur entitled “The 10 commandments of Dating” It was nothing I expected it to be. This should be REQUIRED listening for ANY dating individual. Basically, he outlines how to focus on the personal growth aspect of it and not the process of “goin out.”
R’ Aryeh Pamensky @ Happywife.com has even more fabulous (free) MP3’s all about the wonderful world of communication. He basically outlines men and women’s communication styles and differences in a VERY funny and clear way. Also, shiurim abt money, raising kids etc.
Dr. David Pelcovitz is another amazing professional with his finger on the pulse of Psychology and todays frum kids.

She addresses important topics like “the means and methods for preparing oneself for marriage, talks abt the importance of “Taking Stock of Ourselves”
Rabbi Aaron Feldman’s “The River, the Kettle & the bird”
Hey just check out Eichler’s.com Zbermanbooks.com or any Jewish bookstore for their selection.
Can’t forget Rabbi Shafier of The Shmuz.com and his insights into life, grwth and D & M

I actually started listening to happywife.com lectures on Ashreinu’s recommendation and really enjoy it. If you see someone running with headphones in their ears cracking up and laughing really loud – that’s me listening to Aryeh Pamensky!
Aish.com also has a few MP3 downloads on dating, for a nominal fee.
