November 21, 2013 4:47 am at 4:47 am #988137shnitzyMemberHiccup?? uhh…that doesn’t really fit unless I say I was so distraught I had to give a hiccup..which makes less than zero sense
if I write it here…she’ll pass out! but I’ll tell you…I really think it’s pretty good…I just need an idea for the apology part
November 21, 2013 4:53 am at 4:53 am #988138justsayinMemberDear Mrs. Shnitz,
Your husband broke your teacup
I found him crying in the CR
I think I heard a hiccup
When he left in his car
Its hard for him to speak up,
For teacups to you important are.
In short, this is an apology. Please accept cause I can’t find any other rhymes for teacup…
How about this, shnitzy?

November 21, 2013 7:34 am at 7:34 am #988141Shopping613 ðŸŒParticipantOr just use q different structure, like
Line A
Line B
Line C
Line D.
B and D should rhyme or A and C.
On one of the ones that dont need to rhyme use the e word teacup
OR the line could be like:
Im sorry I broke your teacup, sweetie
And I since Im apoligizing you won’t be mad with me
Justsayin’s one is cute also

My poetry hit a slight hiccup
Then I thought of a word –
The verses were cured!
Exhilaration then caused me to leap up!
November 21, 2013 11:23 pm at 11:23 pm #988144mobicoParticipantOr you could write:
I would say I’m sorry about breaking your mug
But apologies are not really my cup of tea

I would like to remind you that ever since a certain party in Boston, it has been decidedly patriotic to set tea free.
