I think schools should have mandatory classes during Chol Hamoed, for the sake of the parents sanity. I have a new bumper sticker, I hate Chol Hamoed trips.

April 8, 2015 12:58 am at 12:58 am #1071022yosefcolemanParticipantIn my school a modern orthodox religious zionist school in cleveland we have school for 2-3 days of chol hamoed sukkot and no school on chol hamoed pesach. While we have school the middle school and high school do not have class and instead go on a chol hamoed trip as a high school on one day, and on the other day we learn about inyanei dyoma and eat a school sponsored lunch at a teachers sukkah.
