    What kind of frum community lives in Sea Gate? Is it similar to a Boro Park crowd?

    its more black hat/ chassidish but expensive and hurricane prone.

    There is also a big Lubavitch presence there, and the Habad BT Yeshiva Tiferes Menachem is there.
