How does one go about find a shadow job?
Maybe you have to advertise.
The best way to find a shadow job is to spread the word that you are looking for one and have someone request you for the position.
Try applying to agencies that provide therapy services. I don’t know if all such agencies also have shadow jobs but I know some do.
Stand in the sun at different times of day and then decide which shadow you like the best
