    I am interested in helping to improve the way people post on YWN. What I mean is to keep it friendly, and try to let the posting exchange flow evenly through more kavod and mutual respect. I think if we have more empathy for each other the previous statement is possible. However I am not sure how to actualize this, any comments to implement.
